District Advisory Council (DAC) is a group of educators, parents, community members, and sometimes students who work together to provide guidance and feedback to the school district on major initiatives, programs, and policies. Their role is to offer diverse perspectives, review districtwide plans, and help ensure decisions support student achievement and community needs.

Parent Advisory Council (PAC) focuses specifically on giving parents a voice in how schools operate and how programs affect students and families. PACs communicate parent concerns, share ideas for improvement, and collaborate with district leaders to strengthen engagement, equity, and student success. Both councils help create stronger, more transparent partnerships between families, schools, and the district.
